The controller of the personal data is MJ Service sp. z o.o. based at ul. J. Dabrowskiego 7/6 35-033 Rzeszow entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszow, Department XII Economic, at KRS: 0000870173, NIP: 8133847975, REGON: 387575019, with share capital 5 000,00 zł (called: "Owner").

II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

1. The Administrator processes the User's personal data in order to:
- Respond to your request.

III. TYPE OF DATA

1. The controller shall process the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary in order to send an enquiry:
- first name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- phone no.

IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) 2016/679 dated 27 april 2016 r. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive 95/46/WE (general data protection regulation), OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88, called: "RODO Regulation".

2. The Administrator processes personal data only with the prior consent of the User.

3. Your consent to the processing of your personal data is entirely voluntary.

V. YOUR RIGHTS

1. The user may at any time request information from the controller about the extent of the processing of personal data.

2. The user may request the correction or rectification of his/her personal data at any time.

3. The user may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the activities already carried out.

4. The user may request at any time, without giving reasons, that the administrator delete his or her data. The request for deletion of data will not affect the activities already carried out.

5. The user may request the restriction of the processing of personal data, either for a specific period of time or without time limitation. This request will not affect the activities already carried out.

6. The Administrator shall inform the User of the action taken, before one month has elapsed from the receipt of one of the requests mentioned in the previous paragraphs.

VI. ENTRUSTING DATA PROCESSING TO OTHER ENTITIES

1. The controller may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the controller to the extent necessary to respond to an enquiry, e.g. for the purpose of contact in relation to an enquiry sent.

2. Apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, the Users' personal data will not be shared in any way with third parties, nor will it be passed on to other entities, for the purpose of sending marketing material to these third parties.

3. Personal data of website users is not transferred outside the European Union.

4. This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions arising from Article 13(1) and (2) of the RODO Regulation.
